The mission of our department is to educate chemists needed in the continuously growing chemical industry in parallel with our country?s scientific and technological development and related sectors, who are qualified, researching, questioning and Deciphering interdisciplinary cooperation, able to implement what they have learned, able to produce solutions to existing problems, have modern knowledge equipment in the field of chemistry, knowing the importance of research and development (R&D) and respectful to human values and is to present our experience in the fields of research and education for the benefit of society.

Our vision is to be a department whose quality of education and training is at international standards, has a highly qualified-principled faculty member staff and modern infrastructure and equipment, determining the educational and research objectives in accordance with the current requirements of Turkey, leading the transformation of them into social welfare by conducting original research in the field of science and technology.
