We aim to be aleading Forestry Department and Hunting and Wildlife Program in our country. In accordance with this purpose, we are responsible for;

1.    Introduction to the concept of wildlife

2.    Sustainable management of ecologicalbalance,

3.    Increasing wildlife awareness,

4.    Teaching the elements of wildlife,

5.    Teaching biodiversity and ecosystemdiversity,

6.    To educate wildlife technicians who areaware of the natural resources in our country and in the world, have theability to recognize wildlife, have the awareness of conservation and followthe current knowledge and perspective.

7.    To educate entrepreneurial students who love nature, whoare responsible, aware, compatible, qualified, sharing, interested and curiousresearcher who knows how to access and use current information.

We aim to be aleading Forestry Department and Hunting and Wildlife Program in our country. In linewith this aim, the headlines that stand out in our vision are;

1.   The wildlife perception in our countryis far from representing the ecosystem diversity we have. In this context,taking into account the richness of wildlife in different ecosystems we have,we aim to raise individuals who will realize this diversity and reveal it.

2.   We aim to ensure that all the servicesprovided by our natural wealth to the society are performed in the best way.

3.    We are aware that the wildlife in ourcountry, which has ecosystem diversity, has a rich and rich resource value. Inaccordance with this awareness, we see that there is a need for trainedpersonnel who are capable of recognizing and identifying the species covered bybiological diversity.

4.   We are aware of the need for actualscientific information on the detection, recognition and management of wildlifeusing modern methods.

5.    When we manage the impact of humanactivities (hunting, mining, ways to obtain energy from nature, agriculturalactivities, access roads and settlements, etc.) on wildlife, we believe inraising individuals who are aware of the balance among  protection-use-the right to live the livingbeings in their natural environment.

6.    We aim to make the wildlife activitiesin our country actuality with international relations.

We believe that wildlife technicians who are trained according to thesecriteria will make important contributions to the institutions andorganizations they work with efficient and effective works.
