    Learning Outcomes
    1-Recognizes refrigeration and air conditioning, lists the mechanical compression refrigeration system elements.
    2-Explains the basic principles of heat and temperature, recognizes temperature measuring devices, concepts such as thermal capacity, enthalpy and entropy.
    3-Applies the gas laws, explains the pressure concepts and their units, recognizes the pressure-temperature relationship, the concepts of saturated liquid, saturated steam, dry steam and superheated steam, uses pressure-enthalpy diagrams.
