    Learning Outcomes
    1-Classifies compressors used in commercial refrigeration systems,knows their types ,defines their structures and working principles.
    2-Recognizes different types condensers (air cooled, water cooled and evaporatif) and cooling towers.
    3-Lists the structure, types and applications of evaporator to, explains the melting ice methods used in them and how to apply thermodynamics in evaporators.
    4-Knows the structure, type application areas, selection criteria and working principles of expansion devices. Recognizes and classifies different types of commercial cooling devices, their structure, properties, application areas.
    5-Knows the materials used in building storages where productsto be kept and the proper cooling system to be used. Knows basic and assisting elements and technical features of fast cooling system.
