Goals
|
The environmental law course firstly introduces the basic principles of law to the student, introduces the basic elements of the environment, explains the arrangement of these elements within the national and international sources of law, defines the emerging environmental problems and aims to find solutions to these problems on the basis of law. Zoning law course, zoning law starting from the relationship with other branches of law and the principles of zoning law in accordance with the practices of the occupational group, describes the problems and solutions to determine the problems. In addition, the principles of professional law are tried to be given within the scope of the course. Environmental law course is combined with a bureaucratic understanding of zoning law course, and because these two courses are taught together in a very different way, very important subjects for the profession group are given in two separate hours.
