    Goals The aim of this course is to introduce students to leadership in nursing, to help them evaluate personal leadership styles, in the sense of practice style, and to explore how leadership can be different. And also, students are expected to be able to make self-evaluation of questioning methods, critical thinking, decision-making methods and course content.
