To provide knowledge, skills and behaviours to perform qualified care practices/applications in accordance with the nursery process as a member of the crew during the operation of the surgical patient.

|
Introduction to operating room nursing, sterilization and disinfection, surgical site infections, blood-borne diseases, hospital wastes, structure of the operating room, surgical washing, wearing shirts and gloves, preparation of the operating room and patient positions, preparation of the operating room and sterile materials, surgical instruments, suture materials , sponge and instrument counting, disinfection of endoscopes, operating room cleaning.
