    Goals This course examines the role of social welfare and social policies in maintaining healthy societies. The role of the state in delivering health services equally, and effectively to every individual and every region will be discussed in a historical context.
    Content Within the scope of the course, the role of social welfare and social policies in delivering health services will be discussed, and the part of social policies in the formation and protection of health will be addressed from a historical and international perspective. Students who successfully complete the course will learn the concepts, priorities, and systems related to social policies and raise awareness of different social policy approaches at the international level, and develop a conceptual perspective that will help them produce solutions and policy suggestions against the difficulties that may be encountered in social policies.
