To understand the effects of employees` personality traits, attitudes and emotions on their behavior in the organization, to draw attention to the effects of group dynamics, to have information about motivation theories and leadership approaches, to evaluate how these issues can be used to increase individual performance, organizational effectiveness and productivity.
