    Goals The basic orientation of the course is to teach Turkish management understanding and practices in historical perspective with comparative analysis and to show the past characteristics of our current state organization and public administration system.
    Content Administration in the ancient Turks, administrative institutions in the Seljuks and its effects on the Ottoman Empire, the management structure and thought in the classical period, modernization movements in administration and the Tanzimat, Constitutional period, the reorganization of the administration in the Republic period.
