Learning Outcomes	1-By the end of this course, students will be able to analyze the urbanization processes of current cities, the urban policies that are implemented and the problems that arise as a result in light of Urbanization ve Urban Theories and develop suggested solutions 2-The ability to draw associations among Urban Theories, Urban policies and Urbanization processes and explain the historical conditions of Urbanization in Turkey and the world 3-The ability to draw associations among the production process of the Urban space as a meta in the capitalist production style, the value of the Urban space and Urban annuity 4-The ability to collect data regarding social events and facts such as the shanty housing problem and understanding the basic features of the residence problem in general and analyze the residence policies developed to resolve this problem. 5-The ability to analyze Urban public space power dynamics with a social science perspective 6-The ability to draw associatons among global level structural dynamics and Urban Renewal and Urban Transformation and analyzing Urban policies 7-Developing the habit of following publications in the field of Urban theories and Urban Politics 8-The ability to write a research report by collecting empirical data about the Urban processes of current cities and realting these to Urban policies
