Goals
|
The aim of this course is to analyze the change and transformation processes of the constitutional processes that started from the Ottoman period, to evaluate the basic organs of the state and the duties and powers of these organs.

Content
|
Firstly, the constitutions of 1921, 1924 and 1961, and then the 1982 Constitution, which will form the bulk of the course, will be examined.
