Learning Outcomes	1- Explain the concept of the civil society and the development of NGO`s in a historical perspective. 2-Explain the NGO`s by using the information on the definition of civil society in the west. 3-Presenting the importance of civil society and NGO`s for democratic administration and governance. 4- Explain the importance of civil society and NGO`s for development of democratic culture in Turkey. 5- Explain the role of the civil society and the NGO`s in the process of development of democracy in Turkey. 6-Providing a critical approach to the current social and political issues.
