    Goals This lecture aims to improve students` knowledge in terms of Turkish criminal law. It also aims to teach all necessary information about general provisions of Turkish Criminal law and the crimes involving public officials.
    Content Introduction to criminal law, the general provisions of Turkish Criminal Law, and crimes that can be committed by public officials.

    1 Acquiring the basic concepts and field information on public administration in national and international level, law, politics, sociology, urbanization and environmental issues and to be able to follow the recent development in these areas. 3
