    Learning Outcomes
    1-Analyzes the collective relations in terms of process and content.
    2-Analyze the methods of peace and struggle in the relations between workers and employers with the legal aspect.
    3-Working in collective labor relations follows the legal developments with a view to ensuring peace, order and justice.
    4-Gains the ability to solve problems that arise in labor disputes and labor struggle (strike and lockout).
    5-Performs collective bargaining expertise in public or private sector.
    6-Learns the organizations (Union/Confederation) with all their legal dimensions.

    Goals Collective bargaining process according to Turkish labor laws, resolution of disputes and analysis with their struggles. Establishing a relationship between social and economic events and legal regulations, giving them the ability to interpret them in accordance with the basic principles of labor law, analyzing the collective relations in terms of process and content, preparing them for collective bargaining expertise.
    Content Establishment and operation of employers `and employers` organizations, membership of workers `and employers` organizations, activities of workers `and employers` organizations, freedom and right of union, control and termination of union, importance of collective bargaining system, collective agreement autonomy, definition and content of collective bargaining agreement, collective bargaining agreement the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement, application area and termination, collective labor disputes and peaceful solutions, strike, lock-out.
