    Goals To teach the theories and policies that affect the formation of wages, to analyze the factors that lead to wage differences and wage injustice in the labor market, to reveal the relationship between the state, business, trade unions and the structure of the labor force.
    Content Wages, wage differences, factors affecting wage formation, Wage theories, Wage Systems, Minimum wage and its determination, wage policies, effects of globalization on wages, comparison of wages in Turkey with other countries.
