The importance of teaching Turkish as a foreign language gained in terms of globalization, informing about the developments in this area and environments/target group, evaluating the foreign language teaching methods from the past to now, introducing the European Language Portfolio and developing activities that improve the understanding and expression in Turkish language teaching in this context.
