Discuss the importance of structuring and stages of e-government, e-infrastructure requirements put forward and Information Manager to locate in government.

In this course, the reflections of e-government model on public administration are discussed; evaluations are made on changes in records production and processes with e-government; new approaches to the management of digital records are examined and the features of the EBYS (Electronic Records Management System) systems are emphasized.
