    Goals This course aims to evaluate the information needs and activities of web visitors and create design elements to help users find their way around in this complex information environment with ease.
    Content Introduction to information architecture and user experience design, focusing on designing user-centered organization, labeling, navigation, search, metadata, and knowledge organization systems for websites.
