Goals
|
The main goal of this course is to give the basics of I/O Psychology, main topics, its contents, and its development. In this course the students know some conceptual information in I/O Psychology filed and their application in organizations.

Content
|
In this course students will be exposed to the main topics of Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology such as its definition, the effect of historical events on the development of the field, research methods used in the field, and the main points of Industrial Psychology.
