    Learning Outcomes
    1-Applies the rules to attention in the laboratory, the laboratory behavioral styles, be able to experiment with friends as a team.
    2-Uses the microscope, microscope types and the location of the microscope in the biological applications.
    3-Evaluates as practical to apply issues those were showed in General Biology course as theoretical and enhances the ability to consolidate their understanding of the subject.

    Goals Teaching subjects in biology as experimental
    Content 1.The rules at the laboratory, the laboratory work safety, introducing laboratory equipment, and materials 2.Introduction of microscopes used in biology, optical and mechanical components of microscope, operation, sectioning, preparation and image detection 3.Microscopic examination of preparations to be prepared on plant and animal cells and the general drawings 4.Motion and arousal: rotation and circulation in live plant cells 5.Biomolecules: Live tissues, starch, fat, protein, cellulose, searching experiments, the preparation of the culture of Protozoa 6.Indicating the presence of the enzyme in living tissues experiments, the effect of temperature on enzyme activity 7.Microscopic examination of samples of prokaryotic organisms (bacteria in yogurt) 8.Microscopic examination of samples taken from the protozoan culture, drawing and observation of movements of live protozoan. 9.Microscopic examination of preparations of plant cell, cell membrane, cell wall, gates, vacuoles and plastids from different plant samples and drawings 10.Microscopic examination of plant cells, starch grains and crystals from different plant samples and drawings of preparations. 11.Diffusion, osmosis, active transport, plasmolysis and deplazmoliz experiments 12.Aerobic respiration experiments, anaerobic respiration experiment 13.An experiment showing that occurs starch in green parts of the plant as a result of photosynthesis, and an experiment showing that the oxygen output as a result of photosynthesis 14.Mitosis, chromosome analysis, the stages of meiosis and and drawings.
