Definition of geriatrics and gerontology. The definition of aging and the history of the science of aging. Theories of Aging Physiological and psycho-social changes in elderly individuals. The epidemiology of aging and demographic situation in the world and Turkey. Old age in Turkish culture and the situation of the elderly. National and International Aging Policies.
