    Learning Outcomes
    1-The patient defines the basic concepts of psychology and plans the communication to be established.
    2-It contributes to the basic theoretical approaches to patient behavior and to the post-diagnosis resolution period.
    3-Explain the behavior of the patient on the case, identify the communication faults
    4-Theoretically explains patient behavior in chronic diseases, plans anger and crisis management
    5-Theoretically, they explain patient behavior in surgical interventions and communicate effectively with patients and their relatives.
