Goals

The aim of this course is to teach general characteristics of microorganisms which are causative agents of human diseases, microbial flora, sterilization-disinfection, microorganism genetics and metabolism, microbiology laboratory tools, preparation and staining methods, planting methods, colony characteristics, antibiotic susceptibility tests.
