    Goals The aim of this course is to teach the students general information about parasitology, classification of parasites which have medical importance and to teach diagnosis, treatment and prevention of parasitic diseases.
    Content Parasitology terms and definitions, parasite species, host parasite interaction.

    4 Applies safety rules in medical laboratories, takes personal safety precautions and creates a safe laboratory environment. -
    5 Prepares the solution related to the tests in the laboratory, makes the samples ready for analysis, makes practical application. -
    6 Defines the factors of infection and applies appropriate disinfection and sterilization techniques. 5
    7 Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills for obtaining, storing and transferring biological material from the patient for medical laboratory tests. -
    8 By using the basic knowledge and skills acquired in the field of Medical Laboratory Techniques Program he interprets and evaluates the data, identifies, analyzes the problems and takes part in the studies planned for the solution / takes responsibility. -
    9 Apply environmental health and waste management precautions in medical laboratory studies. -
