    Goals Introduction to law is the first step of law-related courses. For this purpose derste; basic concepts and essence of law are examined. Private Law, Public Law, Civil Law, Constitutional Law, Concept of Rights, Responsibility from various angles, types of legal rules, etc. The basic aim is to give information about basic headings such as.
    Content Comparing Turkish legal system with other legal systems. Law sources and classification of law General characteristics of Turkish judicial system and types of cases with judicial institutions. Incidents in public and private law, and features, elements, types and legal actions of legal proceedings. Legal personalities and qualifications, the conditions for the acquisition and loss of these qualifications. The concept of inheritance, acquisition of inheritance, loss and recognition of legal heirs. The right of property and the powers and duties that arise from this.
