    Goals The aim of this course is to introduce the concept and purpose of human resources management; functions constituting human resource management; job analysis and job design; human resource planning (HRP); recruitment and selection of human resources; education, training and development; the importance and aims of education; performance evaluation concept and performance management system; purposes and uses of performance appraisal; career planning, wage management in businesses; wage concept; business valuation concept, business structure; protection function in human resources management (occupational safety and employee health); To teach the legal dimension of human resources.
    Content Knowledge of Human Resource Management theories and their application in HRM functions. Issues related to HR functions such as the emergence of human resource management, job analysis, HR planning, HR procurement and selection, training and development will be discussed.
