It is aimed that the students of hunting and wildlife department will be able to understand and interpret the rules of law and apply sanctions by knowing the basic legal terms and also to have a good command of the legislation related to hunting and wildlife.

Rules governing the society and community life, the function of law, resources, administration, legal system, public law and private law, principles that are referenced in the application of rules of law and enforcement of the rule of law, the necessity for legislation on hunting and wildlife for hunting and wildlife in Turkey definitions and legislation, the process of taking the decisions of the Central Hunting Commission for the period, the possession of hunting and wild animals, legal aspects of production and trade, legal regulations for the protection of game and wild animals and habitats, legal regulations on wildlife protection and wildlife development areas, hunting and management of wild and wild animal breeding areas and rescue centers are content of this course.
