    Learning Outcomes
    1-Defines the organizational structure of housekeeping, the duties and responsibilities of the personnel working in housekeeping, information flow and reporting in housekeeping, and the tools and equipment used in housekeeping.
    2-Explains the concepts of cleaning, hygiene and sanitation and safety in housekeeping.
    3-Plans laundry management, landscaping and customer room decoration.
    Prerequisites There is no prerequisite for this course.
