Goals

It is aimed to teach the professional terminology used in the accommodation, transportation, travel and food and beverage sectors, which are the basic components of tourism, on theoretical and digital basis.

Course content consists of front office services, accommodation businesses and their types, services offered by accommodation businesses, what to do in an emergency, restaurant terminology, cooking techniques and speaking, reading, listening and writing about customer complaints.
