The content of the course includes the place of tourism law in legal systematic and ıts relationship with other law branches, national and international sources of tourism law, national and international tourism organizations, tourism in planned periods, global code of ethics in the tourism sector, regulation on qualifications of tourism facilities, tourism types and related legislation, legal regulations regarding tourism ınvestments, tourist guiding profession law and regulation, travel agencies and association of travel agencies law, travel agencies regulation, passport law, law on residence and travel of foreigners in Turkey, law on tourism promotion and development agency of Turkey, tourism consumer demand assessment chart, tourist rights and obligations, tourism sector working legislation, contracts in tourism law, tourism and environment, tax incentive regulations in the Turkish tourism sector.
