    Goals To examine the old Turkic epics, to reveal the richness of Old Turkish Civilization and Anatolian Mythology.
    Content The content of the course that will be taught as face to face education with students, Myth, Epos, Logos, Mythology, Functions of Myths and Causes of Their Occurrence, Features of Turkish Mythology, Research History of Turkish Mythology, Classification of Myths, Totemism in the Turks, Sacred Numbers, Animals and Colors in the Turks, Pre-Islamic Turkish Epics, Post-Islamic Turkish Epics and the Book of Dede Korkut will be covered.
