    Goals To compare the education systems of different countries, especially the countries that are successful in science, technology and education in the world, and the Turkish education system in terms of purpose, structure, functioning and to make suggestions for the development of the Turkish education system.
    Content Definition, scope, history of comparative education -Methods and research in comparative education Globalization and internationalization in education; international exams, institutions and organizations related to education. -Turkish education system and various countries; educational objectives, organizational structure and functioning, formal and non-formal education, teacher, education / school manager training systems, -Turkish education system and the view of various countries on gender, social justice and equality in education -Turkish education system and reform and innovation initiatives of various countries
