Goals	What the main natural resources is, their legal characteristics and make them understand the rules and procedures subject to those resources. Provide studies to make the students to be use the ability to analyze for conflicts faced by students and make the students to provide solutions to the problems.
Content	The definitions of natural resources, the characteristics of natural resources, the legal base of exploiting natural resources, the legal regime of forest resources, the legal background of water, examining mining issues in terms of legal background, the interpretation of several court resolutions about natural resources
