    Instructors -
    Assistants Appropriate forest policies and legislations are an essential requirement for the protection and conservation of forests and for sustainable forest resources development. In many countries the process to revise and improve forest laws and policies have gained momentum over the years. So, the objective of this course is to familiarize students with some of the issues facing forest policy and law enforcement and how these can be overcome by using the international approaches

    Goals The main framework of the course content consist of approaches to nature conservation in different legal systems, attitudes of international organizations, legal and administrative frameworks, current approaches in literatures, and the role of law in the conservation of natural resources.
