    Goals To introduce the forest laws of other countries to compare the Turkish Forest Law with the forest laws of other countries ; to define the differences and the missing aspects of our code with the other countries; taking advantage of these differences when necessary; to develop recommendations for the solution of the existing problems to the doctoral students who study on issues related to forest law
    Content Systematic order of the Turkish Forest Law, forest definition, and classification of forests in terms of ownership and management, qualifications and character, protection of forests, forest crimes and sanctions, forest fires measures, recognized rights of forest villagers; comparison with other countries, especially with developed countries, and their results and the discussion of the arrangements.
