Goals
|
In this course, it is aimed to analyze and synthesize nursing practices by combining evidence-based data and initiatives in addressing women`s health with a holistic view, determining problem areas and producing solutions for problems in clinical and laboratory application areas. In addition, it is aimed to gain knowledge and skills to guide the teaching of obstetrics, gynecology and diseases nursing undergraduate course application.

Content
|
1. Describes the basic features of the obstetric and gynecology nursing trainer in the practice areas.
2. Recognizes the teaching methods that provide critical thinking and active learning in the areas of women`s health nursing practice.
3. Designs the ability to collect information about women`s health and apply the knowledge gained in the women`s health nursing teaching practice and executes it independently.
4. Knows and uses new methods used in student assessment in the application areas.
5. Manages the case analyzes together with her/his student and discusses them by linking them with current information and practices in n the women`s health nursing teaching practice,
6. Participates in clinical and laboratory practices under the supervision of a specialist trainer and gives, checks and evaluates nursing education and care related to maternity and women`s health with his/her student.
7. Collaborates with team members by using effective written and verbal communication / presentation skills in the field of women`s health nursing teaching practice.
8. Leads the students or individuals for whom she is responsible in clinical and laboratory practices under the supervision of a specialist trainer.
9. Develops suggestions for the solution of the problems determined in our country by considering the factors affecting women`s health in the application areas.
10. Executes the necessary information about evidence-based practices on interventions in women`s health nursing clinics and laboratories, and provides training, consultancy and care with the student by making use of evidence-based data.
