    Goals The changes in the Provincial Organizations will be put forth in the framework of the19th century reform movements of the Ottoman Empire. The process of the change at these provincial institutions will be discussed.
    Content 1-To provide information about the city life as a profile of Ottoman social life. To students. 2-To make assesments and reviews about the city life in Turks by identifying the similarities and differences between the city life today and the city life of the Ottoman times.
