Teaching of the emergence issue of folklore based on its concept and definition. To give information about the pioneer studies in the field of folklore both in Europe and in Turkey. Focusing on field studies and teaching the methods and techniques. Teaching the importance and concept of field research in folklore. Giving information about the methods and techniques of the compilation.
