    Goals The aim of this course When used correctly, social media is the positive impact on institutional basis and to convey to students the need for proper management of social media tools for receiving maximum efficiency.
    Content The developments brought by web technologies are evaluated within the framework of Web1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 tools. social media tools are examined. The advantages and disadvantages of social media tools are investigated. Social media policies of international university libraries are evaluated.
