    4-Explain the methods of comparing horizontal and vertical education systems.
    5-Improve awareness about the developments in international education.
    6-Compare the training programs of Turkey and international countries.
    7-Examine the Turkish education system horizontally and vertically with the member countries of the European Union.
    8-Explain the characteristics of education systems of different countries.
