    Goals This course, which will be opened in the fall semester, will examine political thought in the historical cross-section from Ancient Greece to the French Revolution of 1789. The aim of this course is to understand and explain how governing and governing relationships are reflected in political thought and what transformations undergo changes in historical-social conditions. In order to realize this aim, direct reading will be done on the original works or works of the thinkers who have been influential enough to direct the political thought in the West, while utilizing the general works collectively examining the course of the history of political thought in the West.
