    Goals After the multi-party period in our country, the purpose of bringing public services to rural areas has come to the forefront and infrastructure investments have been realized in rural areas in order to achieve this goal. These investments include road investments, commercial and industrial investments. As a result, cities in our country have been faced with a phenomenon of immigration that has reached large dimensions and brought complex problems together. This course introduces students to the causes of urbanization in Turkey, urbanization patterns, urban change and its causes, the urban population distribution, regional variations experienced in the urbanization approach to urban issues and policy in Turkey will be discussed. This aims to identify the causes and problems of urbanization in Turkey and the basic information necessary for the development of strategies for the solution of the problem, it is intended to give an overview and analysis of analytical skills.
