    Goals The main aim of the course is to examine the growing and growing bureaucratic structure of the Ottoman State since its foundation. It is expected that the students should have knowledge about the formation of the Ottoman bureaucracy and the necessary development process.
    Content Within the scope of this course, studies are carried out to understand the formation and development process of bureaucracy since the foundation of the Ottoman Empire.
