    Supplementary Book -
    Goals Human`s behavior within an organization, which is the most important component of organizations, directly affects the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations. The subject of organizational behavior is the individual behaviors of the people in the organization, the reasons of these behaviors and how they will be directed in line with the aims of the organization, the effect of groups and organizational structure on the individual behavior of the people. The aim of this course is to introduce the basic principles of organizational behavior on the basis of individual, group and organization system, and to gain knowledge and experience that can look at the management of information centers from the perspective of organizational behavior by evaluating these principles in terms of information centers, which are a formal organization.
    Content Within the scope of this course, It will be studied the subjects such as historical development of organizational behavior, issues affecting organizational behavior, perception, causality, personality attitudes, emotions and values, theories of motivation, learning organizations, groups and teams, conflict management and negotiation, stress and stress management, power and policy, leadership theories, organizational communication, individual and group decision making, organizational culture on the basis of information centers.
