Goals
|
Organizations today have to undergo change in order to adapt to the ever-changing environment. It is inevitable that organizations, which try to increase their competitiveness in a rapidly increasing competition environment, are confronted with change, sometimes openly and sometimes unexpected. In addition to the planned changes resulting from a requirement, there are also unplanned changes that occur suddenly. The aim of this course is to introduce the basic principles of organizational change and organization development on the basis of individual, group and organization system, and to gain knowledge and experience that can look at the management of information centers from the perspective of organizational change and organization development by evaluating these principles in terms of information centers, which are a formal organization.

Within the scope of the course, It will be studied the subjects such as the concept and scope of organizational change, the forces pushing to organizational change, resistance to organizational change, organization development on the basis of information centers.
