    Learning Outcomes
    1-He analyzes the change that the new media creates at the social and individual level.
    2-He dominates the concepts and modes of use associated with the new media.
    3-He gains the ability to question the effects of the new media on political, cultural and economic frameworks.
    4-He will have knowledge about social responsibility, propaganda, public relations and similar methods, strategies and techniques of new campaigns.

    Goals It is aimed to define new communication environments that emerged with the development of information technologies, to teach their characteristics and to give information about the social dimensions of new media usage.
    Content Similarities and differences between traditional one-way communication such as newspapers, radio and television and interactive communication environment of internet and mobile phones will be focused. The transformation of mass communication caused by the concepts such as interaction, personality, virtuality will be discussed.
