Goals
|
The Local Administrations II Course covers the duties and income of local administrations and the local administration system in Turkey. The Province Special Administration, Bank of Provinces the Development Agency will be issues covered in this course. Students will learn about the restructuring taking place in the field of local administrations and the financial structures of local administrations of various scales. Further, within the theory of Local Administrations, the course will include the transformation of local administration policies in Turkey and the world based on current cases as well as compare participation and democracy processes.
