    Learning Outcomes
    1-Recognizes the relationships between thermodynamic properties (H, U, T, S, P, V, A, G).
2- Uses thermodynamic diagrams and tables.
3-Applies the phase rule, Raoult and Henry`s laws for vapor/liquid equilibria.
4- Applies chemical potential, partial and partial molar properties and their relationships, fugacity and fugacity coefficients and their generalized correlations.
5-Performs the application of the equilibrium criterion for a chemical reaction, the importance and application of the equilibrium constant for chemical reactions.

Goals To teach vapor / liquid equilibrium and rules, theorems and concepts which are related to vapor / liquid equilibrium, to get students to comprehend the solution thermodynamics (chemical potential, phase equilibria, fugacity concepts and so on), to teach the chemical reaction balance, to give phase balances issues to students and get students to comprehend how to do thermodynamic analysis of a process.
Content Thermodynamic Properties of Liquids, Vapor / Liquid Equilibrium, Solution Thermodynamics, Chemical Reaction Equilibria, Phase balances Topics
