    Goals By the course students aimed; to learn the basic concepts of curriculum and ınstruction, to learn training process and stages, to learn the principles of planning of instuction process, to acquire the skills of planning of instruction, to learn the learnin and training strategies, to learn training aprroach and models, to learn the principles of education and training and learning and teaching, to klearn training methods and tecniques to comprehend the role of training tools and materials in instraction, to learn the responsibilities of teacher in learnin and teaching process.
    Content The concepts of related ınstruction, the principles learning and training, the important and benefits of study with plan in instruction, planning of training (yearly plan and daily plan and samples of activities), learning and training strategies, taraining methods and tecniques and their related with application, training tools and materials, the responsibilities of teacher in increasing efficiency of training service, teacher qualifications.
